Service department not accommodating
by RES1978 on 07/23/2023The first thing that threw me off is service opens at 7am. I know in the past I would show up at 6;30 and people would be there and give me a ride to work (I start at 7am). So I had to make a sitting appointment this time. What happened to… rides at 630/645?!? Then the day that I had the appointment, they rotated my tires and I asked them to fix the censors since the tires were off. Well, that never happened. I'm not sure how communication broke down, but I wasn't happy. Service advisor said I could come back, but again you open at 7 and I have to be to work at 7, so I couldn't do an all day appointment.Tim, Can you please tell me what has changed? In the past 6 months/ year I would drop my vehicle off for service at 6:30am/6:45am and your service department knew that I was coming. They were very accommodating in the past. They knew I needed a ride to work by 7am and had a driver ready to give me a ride to work. Now all of a sudden starting with this past appointment, things have changed. Service department not available until 7am. Nobody to give me a ride to work until 7am. So when did your hours (or at least accommodating nature change)? I asked the service person that question when I scheduled the appointment and that person told me hours have always been open at 7am. I know that's not true, because I have been there before 7am and service department was open and ready. So can you tell me when the hours changed?
Randal, Our hours have never changed and have been the same for 20 plus years. The difference is in staffing, I use to have people show up at 6:30 AM all the time and be ready to go but these days people sometimes they barely make it on time to open and we have some new drivers that show up at 7 AM or a little before. There are many times Steve Boyd is here early and will accommodate if we have a driver present but our work force is changing and the hours they are willing to work each week. Unfortunately with how hard it is to find good people it is inconvenient for you our guest and the dealer at times. Thank you, Tim
Not Happy
by Wyldeone on 03/22/2016Truck was towed to there shop. They called me and told me what happened to it. When I received the service invoice, it stated something totally different happening. I feel I paid for parts that there was nothing wrong with that they… changed, trying to diagnose what was wrong with my truck. I feel they don't look out for the customers best interest.UPDATE After I voiced my concerns to the dealership they re-installed my old parts that were in question and refunded me the cost of of the service. I would also like to say that everyone in Service Department was very professional and courteous to work with during this incident. Thank you Hudson Chevrolet

Very happy with Luther Hudson

Upon arriving I was happy to find out I would not be charged for my oil change since it was my first. Last minute, after my car had already… been serviced, I remembered to ask about one of my back lights being out. The technician changed it then and there free of charge. Everything was quick and easy and I am very appreciative.CeAnn, It's humbling to know we were able to exceed your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Too much time...

Staff was very understanding and helpful they made sure when towed in after hours my car was driven… inside kept safe till staff came back on in the morning after car was fixed staff brought my car to my home since I was unable to pick it up my self due to illness. Thank God for warranties
by skiziks on 05/23/2015This was actually a return repair. A torque converter leak was repaired the week before and that resulted in a left axle leak that needed to be repaired. All went well, work was done in record time. Will be checking for leaks more often now… though. Marti took charge of the whole operation.
