I set an appointment with Drew the salesman he made me wait 30 minutes while he worked with someone else to then tell me the truck I had tried to give him a deposit on or buy over the phone for the last two weeks was being sold to someone else. I drove 200 miles round trip for this terrible customer service. I then was offered a different truck that I didn't want, there is no loyalty, no heads up before I came, nothing. You are just a # at Luther Hudson don't expect anything else.
Service department not accommodating

The first thing that threw me off is service opens at 7am. I know in the past I would show up at 6;30 and people would be there and give me a ride to work (I start at 7am). So I had to make a sitting appointment this time. What happened to rides at 630/645?!? Then the day that I had the appointment, they rotated my tires and I asked them to fix the censors since the tires were off. Well, that never happened. I'm not sure how communication broke down, but I wasn't happy. Service advisor said I could come back, but again you open at 7 and I have to be to work at 7, so I couldn't do an all day appointment.

Great dealership to work with

We had a really great truck buying experience at the dealership. Joel Bystrom was great with letting us test drive several trucks, and John Bonhus was great with the financing aspects and answering our questions on warranty. We had a few accessories and a spray on bed liner applied to the truck before we picked it up too, and everything was exactly as we had requested.

Not Happy

Truck was towed to there shop. They called me and told me what happened to it. When I received the service invoice, it stated something totally different happening. I feel I paid for parts that there was nothing wrong with that they changed, trying to diagnose what was wrong with my truck. I feel they don't look out for the customers best interest.

I scheduled a last minute oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get me in with no hassle. When I brought the truck in, I was in and out under the time frame they told me. Luther Hudson values your time as much as your business.

Amazing!

Our experience was great! Jason was amazing! He spent so much time with us, explained everything to us as we went through the process, took so much time to explain to us all the options on our new car and genuinely wanted us to know everything there was to know and for us to feel comfortable with everything before we drove off in our car. He was so kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. John was also great - the same, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Just can't say enough about how great our experience was. Very happy with Luther Hudson

I took my car in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated after having bought the car in July. Upon arriving I was happy to find out I would not be charged for my oil change since it was my first. Last minute, after my car had already been serviced, I remembered to ask about one of my back lights being out. The technician changed it then and there free of charge. Everything was quick and easy and I am very appreciative.

Everything was very profesionally done but for some reason the inside my car did smell of oil not sure why.other times I had my oil changed I never did smell that. I did not see anything on the floor mats almost came back but was press for time

I sat there after it was finished and no one came to the waiting room and asked if I was there. It took an hour for them to put a license plate bracket on.

I called in and informed staff i was sick so i was sending my son in my place to get my car serviced but my car stalled and broke down. Staff was very understanding and helpful they made sure when towed in after hours my car was driven inside kept safe till staff came back on in the morning after car was fixed staff brought my car to my home since I was unable to pick it up my self due to illness. I appreciated how quick they fixed my car and returned it to me. Thanks Melanie Perrin

Joel our salesman was awesome, we would do business with him all over again, we came in at 7:15pm and they have everything completed before 10pm for us, financing and licensing and everything. We knew we were cutting close under the wire for time, and everyone was so great and accomodating to stay after hours for us, we will defenitly buy our next vehicle at Luther Chev in hudson!
