The first thing that threw me off is service opens at 7am. I know in the past I would show up at 6;30 and people would be there and give me a ride to work (I start at 7am). So I had to make a sitting appointment this time. What happened to rides at 630/645?!? Then the day that I had the appointment, they rotated my tires and I asked them to fix the censors since the tires were off. Well, that never happened. I'm not sure how communication broke down, but I wasn't happy. Service advisor said I could come back, but again you open at 7 and I have to be to work at 7, so I couldn't do an all day appointment.

Randal, Our hours have never changed and have been the same for 20 plus years. The difference is in staffing, I use to have people show up at 6:30 AM all the time and be ready to go but these days people sometimes they barely make it on time to open and we have some new drivers that show up at 7 AM or a little before. There are many times Steve Boyd is here early and will accommodate if we have a driver present but our work force is changing and the hours they are willing to work each week. Unfortunately with how hard it is to find good people it is inconvenient for you our guest and the dealer at times. Thank you, Tim

Tim, Can you please tell me what has changed? In the past 6 months/ year I would drop my vehicle off for service at 6:30am/6:45am and your service department knew that I was coming. They were very accommodating in the past. They knew I needed a ride to work by 7am and had a driver ready to give me a ride to work. Now all of a sudden starting with this past appointment, things have changed. Service department not available until 7am. Nobody to give me a ride to work until 7am. So when did your hours (or at least accommodating nature change)? I asked the service person that question when I scheduled the appointment and that person told me hours have always been open at 7am. I know that's not true, because I have been there before 7am and service department was open and ready. So can you tell me when the hours changed?
