I called the service department soon after I tried to isolate the ratter with no success. My service contact was John - he did a supper job of… obtaining the info and getting a service tech to ride with me to demonstrate - when and how the rattel occured. The located the issue in the passange side middle door window - which was out of the correct position. They reset the window to the correct position and I was on my way - Happy with the quick service and zero cost to me fix.Friendly, professional and no pressure

by inajp on 06/30/2011updated 06/13/2025I have had a very bad experience with Kolosso Chysler Jeep Dodge Dealership in Appleton, WI regarding maintenance practices and wanted to share my experience with others so they may not have the same difficulty as I have. I purchased a… used vehicle from Kolosso in April and it has been in for maintenance almost every week since. They have tried to make good on the repairs but lack quality. I have taken the vehicle back for re-work on 3 different occasions (the last of which still isn't correct). They mis-diagnozed several problems and even put in wrong parts. The list of vehicle repair services they messed up is very long for a vehicle I purchased from them and have only owned for 2.5 months. They even ordered a wrong back window and floor mats I am stuck with. I will never return to Kolosso Jeep in Appleton as a customer and want to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle or getting any work done by them. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, for your Chysler Jeep Dodge purchase and maintenance work.Recent car purchase

He was very informative, and was very knowledgeable about the… vehicles on your lot. He showed me exactly what I wanted. Originally I had thought I'd want a two-door jeep wrangler, but I ended up going with the new Cherokee with the winter and towing package and I could not be happier. I came back with my father (who was the one purchasing) on the 13th and we knew we wanted to buy from Greg. Once again he was able to answer all of my father's questions, and made the process of purchasing extremely smooth and easy. I'm glad that I went with a step up from the Wrangler, and I'm glad that I was able to buy from Greg and a great dealership.Fair, Professional, good price

My vehicle was ready to be serviced before the service order even printed off! This is a level of personal service I like to give my clients and… it is refreshing to be given the same treatment. I hardly had time to make a coffee, sit down and read my paper, (not even the first section) before they came looking for me because it was done. We had a final discussion on what was done and what they see on truck that I might not see. Oh, and I did have to pay the bill even though I didn't go through all of that here.purchased ram truck

Before I even made the decision to purchase the vehicle, the manager introduced himself to me and made sure I was treated respectfully… and had my questions answered and thanked me for stopping in whether I bought the vehichle or not. I wasn't pressured into buying something I couldn't afford and the finance manager explained all documents in detail and made sure I understood them. The car was detailed and cleaned right on the spot and all I had to do was drive away a VERY happy and satisfied customer.Service Dept.
