New Van Door Rattel

My new Grand Carvan had an intermittent rattel that would only occur when on bumpy road surfaces. I called the service department soon after I tried to isolate the ratter with no success. My service contact was John - he did a supper job of obtaining the info and getting a service tech to ride with me to demonstrate - when and how the rattel occured. The located the issue in the passange side middle door window - which was out of the correct position. They reset the window to the correct position and I was on my way - Happy with the quick service and zero cost to me fix.
