Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I have had a very bad experience with Kolosso Chysler Jeep Dodge Dealership in Appleton, WI regarding maintenance practices and wanted to share my experience with others so they may not have the same difficulty as I have. I purchased a used vehicle from Kolosso in April and it has been in for maintenance almost every week since. They have tried to make good on the repairs but lack quality. I have taken the vehicle back for re-work on 3 different occasions (the last of which still isn't correct). They mis-diagnozed several problems and even put in wrong parts. The list of vehicle repair services they messed up is very long for a vehicle I purchased from them and have only owned for 2.5 months. They even ordered a wrong back window and floor mats I am stuck with. I will never return to Kolosso Jeep in Appleton as a customer and want to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle or getting any work done by them. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, for your Chysler Jeep Dodge purchase and maintenance work.
