I went in and was met right away. I was walked to the service agent who would do my paperwork. My vehicle was ready to be serviced before the service order even printed off! This is a level of personal service I like to give my clients and it is refreshing to be given the same treatment. I hardly had time to make a coffee, sit down and read my paper, (not even the first section) before they came looking for me because it was done. We had a final discussion on what was done and what they see on truck that I might not see. Oh, and I did have to pay the bill even though I didn't go through all of that here.
