I had to approach the service desk to ask why the work was taking so long myself.… Overall, the work took a total of 3-1/2 - 4 hours long to complete. Not once was I approached by the service desk personnel to tell me why the service was taking so long. Very lack-luster customer service practice!Servicing

Everyone at kolosso was very nice and patient with me. I didnt even have the jeep for 24 hrs and the checkengine light came… on-everyone seemed very concerned and fast working to fix it. Hopefully that service continues in the future. So far im loving my first jeep!Very friendly service staff
