    The service manager was very helpful and polite. told me what the cost was and how long it would take. then called me to arrange a ride back to the dealership.

    Dealership quoted the work to take approximately 1-1/2 Hours. After 2-1/2 hours, I was NEVER approached to tell me why the work was not yet completed. I had to approach the service desk to ask why the work was taking so long myself. Overall, the work took a total of 3-1/2 - 4 hours long to complete. Not once was I approached by the service desk personnel to tell me why the service was taking so long. Very lack-luster customer service practice!

    My driver's side power window motor went out, and I was surprised, as I've never had that happen on a previous vehicle. As always I was also surprised at the cost of replacement--first diagnostic, then part, then labor, so was a hefty repair job. Duane was very courteous and explained things well, however.

    I came in for an oil change about one before my appointment for the 5 year power train inspection expecting I would need to come back for the inspection. Ben F. somehow knew about the upcoming inspection and asked if I wanted to get it when the oil was changed, He saved me a trip into Appleton next week, Thank you Ben F.

    I sent in an e-mail lead to this dealership, and not only was the response very very slow, but instead of answering my questions they just pressured me into coming into the store, despite my insistence I wasn't ready to buy. I could sense their frustration to my unwillingness to come into the store, and it almost felt like I was being made to feel guilty for seeking information without buying a car. This place is poorly run and is behind the times from everything I have heard from my friends. How do they think people shop for cars these days?

    Everything went great with deal, only disappointment was truck wasn't as clean as it should be for a new vehicle, the first time you see vehicle should stand out.

    Service was excellent, John in service contacted me and kept me up to date. I never had to call and check the status. Service performed was done right and the overall experience was probably the best I've ever seen from a dealership.

    This was the first time we went to Kolosso as we were looking at Jeep Latitudes. We met with Justin M., a very knowledgeable sales person who answered every question we had and more. He was very personable and nice to work with and we ended up purchasing this vehicle. We were treated courteously right through to the easy financing. We will not hesitate to return to this dealer in the future. We love our new Jeep! Thank you!

    My husband and I came in on a snowy day to look at the Jeep Cherokees. We were met by Eric J., Sales Consultant. He was very knowledgeable and made this the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Cherokees and answered all of our questions. We spent 3 hours at the dealership that snowy day and he went above and beyond! We are so excited to have our new Cherokee Trail hawk! It is a beautiful vehicle and expect to have many adventures in the future with this vehicle!

    Im a ford girl at heart and traded in a 08 edge which was extremely hard for me but I loved the white trailhawk! Everyone at kolosso was very nice and patient with me. I didnt even have the jeep for 24 hrs and the checkengine light came on-everyone seemed very concerned and fast working to fix it. Hopefully that service continues in the future. So far im loving my first jeep!

    I purchased the 4-pack oil change package for $79.95. You don't need an appointment and they also include an "express lane inspection" checking items like lights, wipers, battery, fluid levels, tires, shocks, etc.). I've bought tires for 2 vehicles over the past year or so. They beat or match competitors' tire prices.

    Ben f. and the entire staff were very pleasant to deal with ,I brought my vehicle in for a noise in the dash and of course when I got there the noise couldn't be duplicated ,but the staff worked with me , very very professional job - thank you very much

    service was great oil chg great but forgot to reset oil chg reminder light speakers vibrate but they could not find problem and trans hard to shift into second and makes loud clunk going into second could not find that prob also will burn trans up then will find prob still under warrenty

    Had been shopping for months and with one stop at Kolosso I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Went over all of the car features in detail at time of pick up. Only complaint would be few dirty areas inside car when picked up. Should have been spotless, I would think.

    Recently just purchased a Jeep Compass 4x4 by Greg L. at Kolosso Jeep in Appleton. We are definitely not the easiest people to work with and we thank Greg especially along with the Kolosso team for meeting our expectations above and beyond.
