  • VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Our vehicle was taken in last Monday (12/23) for oil change and inspection, of course something was found wrong with the rear of the vehicle. They said it would be done by end of that day....which became Thursday....which became Friday....which finally was done around noon on Monday (12/30). My husband asked at least twice for a quote and was told he would be texted the price and never was given the quote so the cost was way more than we expected. I will never recommend this service shop, nor will we ever go back. I only gave it one star because I had to to submit the review.

  • No 99 point inspection

    Vehicle was turned in for a warranty notice and LOF. Vehicle was returned without the tires aired , and no fluids topped off (Ran out of windshield washer fluid on way home). Things I normally do and are capable of doing, but when it is advertised and mentioned to be part of the over all service , then it is expected. The 99 point inspection was even listed on the invoice, so you would think it was done.
    • We never intend to not complete any service promises. Please stop in and ask for Bill Louden. He is my service director. He would personally like to discuss your previous visit. We will strive to do better next time for you. Downtown management

  • New truck detail.

    Was not satisfied with the way my new truck was cleaned before I took it home. General sales manager David Fields contacted me and told me to bring it back in and they would make it right I took it back in and they did a fantastic job detailing it .Thanks David and please thank the young man who did the job he should be commended I thanked him before I left but didn't get his name.

    Yet again, I had a great experience at Moses service center. I was treated with very respectfully. I am so impressed with the lady who works in the office of the service department. I have seen her remain calm, more than once, no matter how many tasks she has on her plate. She always takes time to talk to me when I am there.

    I came in with a flat tire after having bought my new car less than 1 week prior!! Tana was so courteous and accommodating, as well as her technician, Kenny. Knowing I was upset this was happening so soon after a new purchase, she took care of me promptly, and assured me it would be taken care of quickly. My service was complete, and I was back on the road in less than 1 HOUR!! I will definitely visit Moses Downtown, and Tana, for future service! :)

  • Friendly service rep, but service is not so great

    I take my wife's car to Moses's service department because of my wife's wishes, not there service. Their service has never been outstanding and several times it has been less than average. In the past they have neglected to lubricate the door hinges and latches, for example, then when I took it back they put a huge excess of white lithium grease on them as if the mechanic was made. I took pictures and sent them to the dealership. They never provide detailed information about what they have done or found. I always ask for a safety check since it is my wifes car. They never tell me the tire pressure, brake condition, the condition of the hoses and tires, or any other major detail. I do not think they check the wiper blades or all the lights either. At the Ford garage, where I take my truck, I get a list of items showing me the tire wear and pressure, fluid levels, etc. Moses never gives me that detail. Even when I ask for a particular item to be checked, typically there is no feedback.

    I had a hiccup with Moses at first, but after this last visit I am extremely impressed with the service staff!! Your service staff has done a fantastic job at finding all issues with my vehicle and getting them fixed. My only concern was that they never have loaner vehicles available. But other than that coustomer service was great, also I absolutely love the communication that Moses Service Department has with coustomers!! Doing a fantastic job Moses Of Downtown!!!

    This was the first maintenance appointment for my 2015 Buick Enclave that I purchased last fall (oil change and tire rotation). It was very easy to schedule an appointment within the time period I needed, on short notice. The dealership provided a courtesy van that took me to work and picked me. All work requested was done, and all personnel I met with were very customer-oriented and very professional. So glad I purchased my vehicle from Moses.

    Greg in service always takes care of any issues I may have. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and didn't have to remind them that my oil change was free, they already knew! Very short wait time. Definitely recommend. A+ Service and Sales!
