VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

onOur vehicle was taken in last Monday (12/23) for oil change and inspection, of course something was found wrong with the rear of the vehicle. They said it would be done by end of that day....which became Thursday....which became Friday....which finally was done around noon on Monday (12/30). My husband asked at least twice for a quote and was told he would be texted the price and never was given the quote so the cost was way more than we expected. I will never recommend this service shop, nor will we ever go back. I only gave it one star because I had to to submit the review.
