No 99 point inspection

onVehicle was turned in for a warranty notice and LOF. Vehicle was returned without the tires aired , and no fluids topped off (Ran out of windshield washer fluid on way home). Things I normally do and are capable of doing, but when it is advertised and mentioned to be part of the over all service , then it is expected. The 99 point inspection was even listed on the invoice, so you would think it was done.

We never intend to not complete any service promises. Please stop in and ask for Bill Louden. He is my service director. He would personally like to discuss your previous visit. We will strive to do better next time for you.
