Dick Hannah Subaru

We came to Dick Hannah Subaru based on the excellent buying experience we received in 2014 from another Dick Hannah lot where we purchased a used Mini Cooper. Isaac greeted us warmly and asked if he could help. He was patient with us as we decided between a new or used Forester and buying or leasing the car. Isaac went through all the features of the Forester bothe the 2016 used and the new 2019 version. Once we decided on new, he asked our color preference, which was blue and he immediately went to secure the keys. We went for a short test drive and decided on leasing the 2019 Forester. Curtis came over and helped finalize the negotiations very pleasantly, giving us both asks we had which monthly payment and miles per year. After we agreed on terms, the car was washed, vacuumed, filled up with gas, Isaac went over the paperwork included with owners manual. We were then introduced to Chris in finance who walked us through the paperwork seamlessly. Isaac returned and walked us through all the features of the car in an easy to understand manor and scheduled a follow up with Jeremiah to review any questions we may have after two weeks of use. We were there for four hours and never felt rushed nor that it took too long. The service at both Dick Hannah dealerships we have been fortunate to use both gave us superb service and we cannot imagine ever going to another dealership.
