The atmosphere is very laid back, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They weren't pushy or overbearing, but were always available to answer any questions that I had. I didn't feel like I was being hounded or rushed into making a quick decision. One thing I will say was lacking, is a variety of available vehicles on the lot with different options. It seemed like the new vehicles on hand were low end, mid level to high end with the regular standard options available in their respective classes without much in between. They were able to find the vehicle I wanted at another dealership though and were more than willing to deliver to my door so I could receive before the Christmas holidays. Overall a very pleasant experience that has earned them a repeat customer in the future!
