We had a great experience. Peter was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable with the process. Jeff was great, as well. We didn't feel pressured with the negotiation process and felt we were given a fair deal. They were both patient with all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to consider and discuss all decision points.
