Tanner was very good with communicating and walking me through the whole buying process and took the time to explain all of the features of my new vehicle. Felt very approachable and like I wasn’t forgotten after the sale :)

What has impressed me the most is the customer service after the sale. Jacob did a great job explaining the car and has followed… up with several phone calls (from Logan too) to make sure that we don't have any questions or concerns about the car. They definitely have exceeded my expectations.Great, fun experience

I'll return to buy that adorable yellow TDI soon. Jacob, my salesman… and VW expert, explained the different convenience features, entertainment features, the instrumentation to me, plus we went on several test drives. I had a great experience this weekend with the staff at AutoNation VW in Spokane, WA. Tylor was my sales rep and he was able to answer… all questions I had in regards to purchasing a CPO Jetta. Low pressure, quality inventory

They answered all my questions (and they weren't easy ones), suggested rides and options that I had not thought of, and generally did not waste my time. Our Salesman Ed was new to the dealership but not to auto sales. He answered all our questions and listened to… what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He did not waste our time trying to "up sale" us. A used Jetta Sportswagon was coming in that weekend. He kept in touch with us on its arrival. Sadly he was not working the day we came in to see the vehicle, but Adrian helped us and we went home that evening with the exact vehicle that I wanted at a more than fair price. The dealership worked seamlessly with our USAA car buying service. We appreciated that they let our dog Boomer in the dealership that evening as it was quite cold out side. Avoid this service department

These guys will lie to you, make promises they will not keep, treat you like crap, treat you like an idiot, and just overall make you hate them. I… overpaid on service and It was free under warranty. If their service guys believe what they say, they are [non-permissible content removed]. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. If you have a great desire for drama and getting screwed over, this is the place for you.Easyoing, no pressure experience.

However, when I was at the Spokane VW sales office, Jason W. helped me in so many ways to purchase our Tiguan. Jason is the sales rep of the year in my books. He went… above and beyond to help me make specific decisions and he gave me important information I needed to know. Plus, he went the extra, extra mile to complete my purchase bey helping me at my home with loading up spare tires for my trade-in vehicle. He is extremely knowledgable in car facts and trends. We had already extensively researched cars, so we knew when we walked in the door that the Volkswagen Jetta with TDI Diesel engine got great mileage. When we drove both a Jetta… Sedan and a Jetta Sportwagen, we knew pretty quickly that the Sportwagen was for us. Everybody at Autonation was very helpful. Best of all we felt that the atmosphere at the dealership was low pressure. When they offered us a great deal on a Jetta Sportwagen, and we said we needed to sleep on it and to think it over, the salesmen were cool. We came back the next day and took them up on the deal. We are very happy we did. Its a great car, and lives up to the very good reviews we had read online. They are straight-forward with their pricing, very knowledgable, very honest and sell a quality product. Their sales manager, DJ,… is a miracle-worker with #'s and their business manager, Matt, is a finance wizard! They do not pressure you and offer many options within your budget. They will work to get you in the right car for you, not the car they think you should be in.No pressure and smooth process
