We went to Spokane AutoNation to browse the Passat and found Jacob very low key and very helpful. He gave good instructions and put us under no pressure. And then he said he would deliver right to our house in Moscow, so we didn't have to drive up again. That was a bonus. Our experience here far outshined any other car dealings we've had.
