Most individuals typically write feedback when they are upset with a situation. This is not one of those. I had a great experience this weekend with the staff at AutoNation VW in Spokane, WA. Tylor was my sales rep and he was able to answer all questions I had in regards to purchasing a CPO Jetta. The trade in process was fair and on par.
