Great Buying Experience

We worked with Brian at AutoNation VW in Spokane, WA. He was wonderful to work with. His vehicle knowledge and laid back sales techniques were great. We didn't feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy during our entire visit to VW. He made us feel like he wanted to make sure that we found the right vehicle and the right fiancé option. We were interested in both the buying and leasing options and he explained the differences to us so that we could make the best choice. He also answered all of our questions and worked with us on in regards to our schedules. We will definatly be return customers to the dealership.
