Don't count on the shuttle
by Customer on 03/18/2023I scheduled an appointment online and had the option to select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service they somehow didn't realize I… needed a shuttle and told me my service would be 60-80 minutes or I could wait for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I was told the shuttle is first come first serve....but if you don't have an hour to wait for your car how do you have an hour to wait for a shuttle? It's completely pointless and made me feel as if their commitment to get me where I needed to be in a timely manner didn't matter at all. I ended up not getting my service and will not be back.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Excellent Service

Good but missed a thing
by Samuelg on 03/01/2023They were great. Let me know I needed to change my filter and told me straight up it would save a lot of money to change it myself. Very grateful for that. However they missed an air intake tube and it freaked me out. Some lights turned on… and the car ran funny. I figured it out and they probably would have been helpful, but it was late. Wait was a little long but their waiting area is well staffed with comfy chairs, coffee, water and snacks. I only… service my vehicle at Autonation Toyota. Great service experience at 16k miles

They have rectified all issues that they can and made a note of all the steps performed and to be performed in the future if the issues… come up again. My car now feels a lot better and a lot smoother after the service. I haven’t seen this happen at 10k miles at other service locations. I would surely come back to autonation Toyota Spokane even though I live in Pullman!
