Always excellent service with reasonable prices

Wait was a little long but their waiting area is well staffed with comfy chairs, coffee, water and snacks. I only… service my vehicle at Autonation Toyota. Great service experience at 16k miles

They have rectified all issues that they can and made a note of all the steps performed and to be performed in the future if the issues… come up again. My car now feels a lot better and a lot smoother after the service. I haven’t seen this happen at 10k miles at other service locations. I would surely come back to autonation Toyota Spokane even though I live in Pullman! by ProudZag on 04/06/2021I was disappointed to find out only when I arrived home and looked at the bill that the rear wiper replacement that I explicitly requested to be done when making the appointment and when arriving at the dealership was not performed. Also… a bit disappointed that the 30,000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, filter change) plus replacement of a tire sensor took over 2 hours. My expectation was about 75 to 90 minutes.
