Don't count on the shuttle

onI scheduled an appointment online and had the option to select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service they somehow didn't realize I needed a shuttle and told me my service would be 60-80 minutes or I could wait for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I was told the shuttle is first come first serve....but if you don't have an hour to wait for your car how do you have an hour to wait for a shuttle? It's completely pointless and made me feel as if their commitment to get me where I needed to be in a timely manner didn't matter at all. I ended up not getting my service and will not be back.
