I was surprised to learn that the price listed isn't negotiable. At first I didn't much like the fact that expectations were different than reality, but it made things really simple. Found a car, knew what I was willing to spend, if car is less than or equal buy car. If not tell them it's too much and move on. Makes the decision easier to make I think.
