by ProudZag on 04/06/2021I was disappointed to find out only when I arrived home and looked at the bill that the rear wiper replacement that I explicitly requested to be done when making the appointment and when arriving at the dealership was not performed. Also… a bit disappointed that the 30,000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, filter change) plus replacement of a tire sensor took over 2 hours. My expectation was about 75 to 90 minutes.Military beware!

He has been extremely helpful in ensuring my needs/wants were met and consistently followed up with me as (what felt like so much) time… passed by. Was informed a '21 Hybrid RAV4 XSE had arrived and I booked an appt with him for the next morning. Arrived and was taken care of through each and every step of the buying process (~5 hours... although I felt they have an extremely efficient workflow). I understand this was a busy time of the year for them, but in terms of customer service--did not feel pressured, had all of my questions answered, provided thorough explanations through every line item/package deal and I could genuinely tell they were ensuring everything was tailored in the best interest of the client. Everyone is extremely personable (including individuals who I did not have direct interactions with during this process) and I instantly felt a sense a "family" from the sales side all the way to the service side! by dgrinde on 09/15/2020A trust worthy dealership but if your educated and can make the case you can save a couple g's. If i was uneducated I would still buy at AutoNation Toyota. Know your trade value, their is wiggle room if you make the case and prove it.… Know warranty cost you don't have to pay full freight more wiggle room on new cars. The longer a car sits on lot the price goes down. See how long the car has been there. Maybe its close to a price reduction. If you order a car you will get what you want but not the price break necessarily. I didn't get the color I wanted but saved some cash. The 4 runner is a awesome reliable vehicle but I would make some changes on newer models. Like a 6 speed overdrive for long hwy trips. locking Diff and A Trac in any drive mode. Auto start in TRD Off Road. Looking forward to long life of this vehicle to pass on to grandkids. Embarrased visit
by Don'sride on 07/23/2020I noticed a loud clunk when accelerating - when I took it into the dealership, we found that I had unlatched the seat and not secured it back in place - the guys laughed but I was treated extremely well and left with a smile and no charge… for their time.
