    I brought my 2022 Tacoma in for a free oil change and they were not going to honor my coupon because my truck was not due for an oil change. This is my third and LAST time servicing at your dealership. They are not friendly there. I felt like I was doing something wrong in fact the service adviser said this was a “waste of Resources”. I will be going to Parker Toyota where I have serviced my 2018 Sienna with NO issues for 5 years. Very disappointed.

    They offer to buy your car, no hassel. you bring all paperwork needed and takes 1 hour to sign paperwork to sale them the vechicle. 2 hours later you still do not have a check for the sale. They are nice enough to tell you it should be ready any time, about every 15 min. keeps you hanging on. Also when you sale them your vechicle you now have no ride. you can't call and get a ride and then have them waste their time waiting also. l lost a hour lunch time and 2 hours of work, after 2 hours i call and got a ride back to work. NO CHECK IN HAND. Asked sales person to call next morning to get the check. NO CALL. Took my lunch hour again and went to dealership, went to sales person, I'll get your check, no other comments.

    My visit was for a second opinion look. Jamie Burns was my front room technician and she was awesome! She took her time reviewing the previous service sheet with me, and told me how Karl Cereghino was going to look and my cars engine and ensure if the potential failures were an issue. He found that they were not the looming expense that I was told and downgraded and prioritized the list of upcoming maintenance. They have my future business for sure!

    Had a problem with the truck service on the Tundra I bought. Took it in and Jamie Burns did a great job on correcting the problem. Also making sure everything was good on the truck.

    The previous service I received my car was returned in unsatisfactory condition. There was mud and scrapes on the threshold of my car. I was late for a meeting and could not address at the time and addressed it in my review. On my recent service I showed Jamie the pictures I took and she reassured me my car would be in good hands. She made a special note on my account to ensure I received my car back in the same condition I dropped it off in. When she called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, she mentioned she personally inspected my car. I appreciate her taking my concern seriously and going above and beyond to personally take care of me!

    I arrived on time for my appointment but the shop was really busy. When I finally spoke to someone and mentioned a shuddering, they said I'd have to leave my car overnight as they didn't have time to look at it. They completed the oil change but didn't add air to my front tires and they were at 28 psi when I left.
