onI brought my 2022 Tacoma in for a free oil change and they were not going to honor my coupon because my truck was not due for an oil change. This is my third and LAST time servicing at your dealership. They are not friendly there. I felt like I was doing something wrong in fact the service adviser said this was a “waste of Resources”. I will be going to Parker Toyota where I have serviced my 2018 Sienna with NO issues for 5 years. Very disappointed.
