They took the time with me and my husband and explained all the computer stuff to us. Which… is no easy task since we are not great with computers. They have called me up after to make sure we didn't need help, and even helped to get us a better deal. Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra

Certainly by design because of my 8.5% interest rate. I do not trust the… dealer and Toyota. First I took my car in to do its 10,000 mile care and they told me it was only going to be about an hour and it took over 3. This time I called ahead to… let them know I was going to drop it off early and to see if I could get a ride back from the shuttle they told me on the phone he would be waiting so I got there 10 min after I called and the rep told me I had to wait 30 min to get a ride back after waiting the 30 min the driver of the shuttle came over and got me to take me back to work then as we got to the shuttle he said never mind I have to go get someone else so your gonna have to wait. when I came back later in the day to get my car the rep asked what time would work best for me to bring my car in again because I was 5 hours early and my car didn't need to be there that long. I don't have a problem with buying the car there but your service team (not the mechanics) has to be one the the worst out there on how they treat people.Hi Gregory, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley.
