Mr.Michielli was very up front and clear on what my loan and payment on a used Honda CRV will look like and did what he could do to pull string to assure that I would leave in a very nice vehicle despite me not having stellar credit. I am very appreciative of the relaxed environment he created for me during the car buying process.
