    After being told by several other salesman at different dealers that there was no chance of me getting a white 2015 WRX & that I should broaden my color choices, I went to see Mike Libby at Autonation Subaru in the Spokane Valley. Not only was he able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted within minutes of sitting down with him, he also found one with extra accessories. During the entire process of waiting for my new WRX to arrive he kept in constant communication with me. When there was a slight issue with transportation getting it here he spent his own off-time working on getting my car her before it was due. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect & in order so I wouldn't have to wait any longer to get my car. Amazing customer service! I am beyond happy with my experience & new WRX!

    This is my 11th Subaru, and I don't think you can buy a better vehicle. Autonation in Spokane Valley, Washington really makes it easy to purchase a new vehicle. Keith Moors, is an exceptional and experienced sales person. Never in a rush and takes time to explain all the new technology. He had sold me Subarus for over 20 years! I have sent a lot of friends to him, and never did one of them have anything to say negative about Keith. He takes the time needed to make you comfortable. The dealership has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere to make such an important purchase. You can't beat Subaru for safety, reliability, and they hold their value. Unbelievable in the snow. The last few years, I have commented to my wife about how easy it is to drive a Subaru while driving, and she agrees. I already have another on order! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Keith Moors. In fact, I have several times already.

    Recently bought a brand new Subaru Legacy and couldn't be happier. Autonation Spokane Valley's Subaru dealership was kinder, had better prices, and although not as large of an inventory, they were overall better than their rival Subaru Spokane dealership located in downtown Spokane. Very pleasant, although lengthy, car buying process and I am happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a brand new Subaru! Patricia Hawley was our sales rep and she did great. Only "downside" was it was a long test drive, which isn't too bad.

    Almost two years ago I bought a Subaru Forester from AutoNation Subaru of Spokane, with the help of salesman Paul O'Rourke. I really enjoyed the selection process while working with Paul, and had total confidence that the decision was Perfect for my needs and wants. The Service Dept has been pleasant to work with, and all service professionally done. Recently I inadvertently changed the information and format of the display screen; and giving up trying to reset it, called Paul. As always, he was quick to respond, and efficiently guided me through the process. Such a simple gesture means so much when it is done with the genuine caring professional attitude that Paul and the rest of the staff always demonstrate.

    Wife and i were looking for a very specific Subaru Tribeca. our sales person was Chad. he was very helpful, not pushy on any level and seemed only legitimately interested in finding the Tribeca my wife was after. Turns out they had one! overall, the whole staff was super friendly and helpful.

    Single mom shopping for a new/reliable car? Scary! Turns out, there was nothing to be scared of. Doug was my sales person. I can't rave enough on how comfortable I felt during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the capabilities and features of the Crosstrek I was looking at. He tried everything he could to make sure I didn't feel pressured in any way and that he wanted me to get the best fit for my budget and lifestyle. I will admit I went in with my guard up and ready to try to be tough so I wouldn't get 'screwed' haha that wasn't necessary at all!! Honestly a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and especially Doug ; ) I returned to purchase the car a day later and Doug helped me transfer my personal belongings into my 'new' car and explained all the features to me. A few days later, I couldn't figure out the bluetooth and called the dealership. Doug wasn't there but another gentleman called me back from his cell phone as we went and sat in a crosstrek in the lot to walk me through the exact steps on how to fix it. Just recently went in for my free carwash, it was so busy, Doug ended up cleaning my car himself!? wow i had no idea, thats going above and beyond!!!

    I purchased my very first vehicle from Subaru Autonation Spokane Valley. I had been to another Subaru dealership in town, but they were pretty pushy and overall they did not meet my expectations well. When I came to Autonation, I was instantly welcomed by a group of employees who were relaxed, smiling, and ready to help me. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, but Duane (the most helpful car salesman I have ever met) still took the time to go over every detail with me to make sure I was making the right choice…which I absolutely did! Their finance department worked very hard (and even stayed past closing that night) to help find me the lowest APR. They were all about MY wants and needs. They even helped me find a good insurance policy. Additionally, I got a great deal on a brand new vehicle, way below the MSRP…and I didn't even have to haggle for that price. Overall a great experience. I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from autonation. Duane was awesome also!!! Definitely see if you can work with him, he was very knowledgable and tailored everything perfectly for ME.

    Love our new Subaru Outback 3.6R. Everything works great; engine is so smooth and quiet I can't tell if it is running; Really great Salesman (Keith Moors) at AutoNation Subaru in Spokane. Got a great car at a great price. Couldn't be happier.

    Our salesman was amazing! Mike Libby worked with my wife for months trying to find her the perfect car. She had a Legacy and wanted a new one. She had an appointment for an oil change and it happened to be Mike's day off. He still came in at 9:30 to talk about cars with her and they found "the one". She made a comment about wanting a truck for me after they picked her car and he found "the one" for me (according to the wife) in a matter of minutes. Apparently the two of them have great taste. I didn't get off work til 4 so we showed up at 4:30, I test drove the truck and was hooked. Everything was so smooth and just great dealing with Mike. Shout out to Daniel, too. He should have been out at 5:30, but thanks to the two vehicles we purchased he stayed until 7:30 with us signing everything. The whole experience was great. My wife is a loam officer at a local credit union, so usually she gets irritated with dealerships that don't ever pay attention to her and forget where she works, these guys were so impressive, they didn't discredit her because she was a girl and "didn't know anything". I could go on for hours about how great the whole team is there, so I will stop now l!

    We recently purchased 2 vehicles from AutoNation Subaru and could not be more happy with the service we received. We initially had an appointment with a salesman who happened to be busy with walk-in customers, instead of making us wait he asked if we were ok working with his "understudy" and we took a chance and said yes. She was fantastic. We were not pressured or hounded in any way. In fact, I felt as if we were bothering them because we couldn't make up our minds about certain things. We told her exactly what we were looking for (1 mid-size SUV and 1 4 door car that was good on gas) she was able to take us to various vehicles within our price range and we found our desired vehicles very quickly. We were able to test drive both of them, baby in tow, with no issues. We were given the carfax for all vehicles we test drove which was very nice to have up front. The team worked on us with our trade-ins and got us the maximum amount they could for each of our trades. As long as I live here I will NEVER buy a car from anywhere else. We have been to other places in the area to buy vehicles before and it turned out terribly so we were terrified to even start the process all over again but I am so glad we did! The building is so nice and they even have a little play area for the kiddos!

    I would like to say Autonation Subaru of Spokane has won me over. They got me into a newer vehicle very quickly with little hassle from the finance office and didn't bother me with the less than perfect credit score. Mike Libby was the best saleman I ever have dealt with. He wasn't pushy nor did he try to get me out the door quickly. He was interested in me as a long term customer. Very personable, percise and great personality, gave good pointers on my trade in. I will definitely be back beecause of him.

    I have been bringing my Subaru to this dealership since 2003 and have generally been satisfied. I was very fond of John the previous manager, but unfortunately he left and relocated to another city. I always avoided Scott when he was still service adviser, which was pretty easy, but was really dismayed when I heard he replaced John as manager. My issue with him took place in Nov.2014. I was not able to get an appointment for a winter tire change at my usual tire store and came to Auto Nation for a free tire change. I was told the summer tires would be placed in a bag and the center caps be put on my winter tires if that is what I wanted. The tires were not in a bag and the center caps were left on the summer tires. I asked for the "kid' to finish the job correctly and he proceeded to do that in the parking lot. While he was working I asked him if he had marked the tires and he said no, we don't do that here. I asked for Scott, who said tire marking was not necessary, because the rear tires of my Forester get criss crossed to the front and ultimately all tires would come around.I told him not so, tires on my car get moved from front to back, and back to front. He started a silly argument that I was wrong. I asked him to show me in writing to prove his point. He went to his office and printed a paper that clearly stated I was correct. Instead of apologizing he became loud, rude and argumentative. I decided never to come back. I was gone for the month of December and didn't have opportunity to complain.I stopped by last week to asked for the general managers e-mail and the lady at the info desk told me that Scott Randall was gone. Needless to say, that made my day. In the meantime I have been back for service and was satisfied. They are getting a new service manager and hopefully a more professional one. Also there are to many service adviser changes lately which is not very confidence inspiring. They don't seem to hold on to the good ones.

    I had been searching for a newer Subaru sedan Legacy for what seemed like forever! My husband and I after a disappointing (and long) day of car shopping decided to stop at one more dealership- Autonation Subauru. And I am SO glad we did! We were greeted by Doug Fredricks who was happy to assist in my very particular list of desires I was searching for in my dream car. Doug drove us to whichever Autonation dealership we were interested in test driving cars at- and let me tell you there were quite a few! He spent hours with us trying to pin point exactly what I was looking for and at the end of the that day we didn't find "the one". I was disappointed but he assured me that as soon as a car came in that matched what I was searching for he would call me right away. The next day he called. A customer was trading in her 2011 charcoal grey Limited Legacy (sunroof and everything!) He told me it was my car and to come by after work to take a look. He even text me pictures so I could see it before I got there. When I arrived I couldn't beleive me eyes... There it was! My absolute dream car- we named "Destiny". After searching for so long it felt amazing that a salesperson actually took the time to really listen to what I was searching for. The entire sales and service teams are fantastic! I recommend Autonation Subaru and Doug very highly!

    Chad Fairchild guided us through the process. Very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. When I picked up the new Outback, it had a full tank of gas!     We had test driven the Outbacks at another dealer and found that dealer to be difficult in negotiating a price. We had already exchanged emails with Doug at Auto Nation and found him to be patient with the right amount of persistance, so went over to give them a chance to earn our business. And they did. Auto Nation Subaru had the right car at a good price. The purchase process was straightforward and the finance rates offered were better than our banks. Follow up since the purchase has bee great!
