We had test driven the Outbacks at another dealer and found that dealer to be difficult in negotiating a price. We had already exchanged emails with Doug at Auto Nation and found him to be patient with the right amount of persistance, so went over to give them a chance to earn our business. And they did. Auto Nation Subaru had the right car at a good price. The purchase process was straightforward and the finance rates offered were better than our banks. Follow up since the purchase has bee great!
