    By far the best auto buying experience I have ever had. By dealing with AutoNation we were able to look at different makes and models all in one location. We didn't have the hassle of haggling with different dealers to choose our vehicle. The staff was accommodating and courteous, making this a very pleasant experience. Mike Libby was a wonderful salesman to deal with. The vehicle met all our expectations and more.

    Unfortunately we did not start our search with AutoNation and I really wish we would have. I had been emailing with Doug for a couple of days before we went in as well as with another Subaru dealership. I chose to go to the other one first based off their inventory. After a three hour headache, my husband and I went to AutoNation on a Sunday morning and left with a new car a few hours later. They made trading in my Outback a breeze. There was no haggling and all those email conversations really paid off and saved us a bit of time. The waiting/lobby area is also really handy if you have children. We had our toddler with us for a few hours and they have a great kids room that you can actually see instead of hidden somewhere down a hallway. We are so happy with the experience we had here. When it comes to buying my husband a car, we will start with AutoNation!

    I have owned 7 Subarus- purchased from various dealerships - but this purchase was the most satisfying yet. The salesman was personable, knowledgeable , low-key, responsive and pleasant.

    Doug was fantastic, from answering questions, to getting to know my husband and I and what our priorities were. It felt like getting to know a new friend, and not buying a new car. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

    The service worker was beyond rude, even yelled at me. I expressed a problem and he had an attitude of can't do anything...not even willing to ask or check on the matter. Worst service experience I've ever had. Even giving one star is too much.

    I had a bad experience when this dealership was owned by Appleway. That seems to have totally changed with new ownership though. I totally researched my Outback and had a surprising pleasant experience with Mr O., the sale man. He was a straight shooter, candid, helpful, and refreshing to find this salesman really knew his product! There was minimal pressure to add options, or otherwise pad the price by him. We used the Costco buying plan ($475 under dealer invoice). I would give 5 stars but another manager "forgot" to credit the $475 which I had to bring to their attention. Also, the closing agent ("finance man") did go through soft to medium pressure tactics for additional warranties, etc despite my polite refusal at the beginning of the encounter. I still would go back here if I had to buy another Subaru tomorrow.

    Don't waste your time for AppleWay Subaru dealership in Spokane, WA. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This is my worst experience ever. The day I leased my 07 Accord 3 years ago, I also visited the Apple Way Subaru, but their bad customer service didn't influence me in buying anything Subaru. Well my Honda lease is almost over and I thought to give them another opportunity... The experience was SHOCKING! My rule is not to give my phone numbers to any dealers and it was ok until I went to Apple Way Subaru. After giving them all of my info except phone#, the manager showed up ([violative content deleted] guy with beard) and told me that if I want to drive "bunch" of their cars (I was interested in ONE!) I have to give them my number! (B... S...!) I said no and he said "see ya"....! [violative content deleted] were they thinking about hiring [violative content deleted] sales manager?!!! They lost my and my friends business FOREVER! People have right to privacy sales people!
    • The reviewer is right on. The Sales team at Appleway are Piranhas. You drive up to their parking lot and before you can get a foot out of the door, they attack. I can't tell you how many times I've driven up to look at a car and just put the car in reverse. Whoever teaches this sales approach really isn't doing Appleway any favors. I do have to say that there is an exception to this rule and that is at Appleway Audi. they act in a much more civilized approach. For the rest of the dealers... Just let us look. You have a great selection. Too bad you don't have a sales team to match.

    We have bought our 2nd Crosstrek from Autonation and love it. Our experience was great and we really liked our salesman, Eric S. Jr.. The first Crosstrek was a regular the new one is the Hybrid,extremely cool car! You can't go wrong with the Subaru family!!

    I can't say enough about Brian G. who helped me pick out the perfect car for me. He found the car that fit all all my needs. I never felt any salesman pressure, felt more like a friend was helping me buy a car. AutoNation was a great place to purchase a car, and Brian just made it a better place.     Went to Subaru looking for an Impreza but it didn't fit our specific need. Our salesman Chad was very pleasant from the begining. We instead looked at a Legacy, test drove it and really liked it. It fit our specific need. So inside we went to haggle over the payment we wanted. After a hour of going over numbers, Subaru just couldn't get close to the payment we wanted. So we left. The next morning I received a voice mail from Chad with 2 offers based on different down payments, they were great offers, still not the payment we wanted but close. I contacted the other local Subaru dealer to see what kind of deal they would offer. I spent 2 hours with them, what HUGE mistake that was. Worse offer than AutoNation Subaru's first offer, in fact the other dealership's best offer was AutoNation Subaru's worst offer. I called Chad a few days later to see if the offer still stood, it did and a few hours later I drove home in the new Subaru Legacy with a payment I realized was spot on to what it should be based on having negative equity in my trade in and taxes on lease. We are happy with the car. Chad was great to work with and really came through with a great deal.

    I just leased a shiny new 2014 Legacy a few days ago and I'm loving it so far. Keith M., the salesperson helping me, did a fantastic job. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and obviously has great passion for his work. From my experience, everyone at the dealership would bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. Of course, I can't comment on on-going customer service at this point, but my initial impression leads me to believe I have absolutely nothing to worry about. A+ all around right now!

    I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Limited from AutoNation Subaru in Spokane WA. From the moment I walked in Chad treated me, my friends, my family and even my dog with the utmost respect. He was not pushy at all, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my large group. They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot but with Chads help he found the exact car I wanted, had it sent over and ready for me by the following weekend! He was very professional and friendly! I would recommend asking for Chad when looking for a vehicle at AutoNation Subaru.

    This was the first time I arranged for a car over the internet via e-mail. The sales persons, Michael & Tricia helped me find the Subaru I wanted within my price range. They were prompt in responding to all of my e-mails and answered all of my questions. They will definitely have my repeat business.
