Chad Fairchild guided us through the process. Very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. When I picked up the new Outback, it had a full tank of gas! Chad went thru all the electronic details and knew them well. I would highly recommend this person upon entering AutoNation if you're in the process of deciding what to purchase here in Spokane,Wa.
