The previous plate had been removed, apparently its head of the bold broke off so new plate could not be attached. Mine was having some issues so I called to set an appointment and they got me in the next week. The staff was very… informative and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I'm not able to change my review of this dealership. I changed it on Google reviews but I don't know how to do that here. I would like to change it to a one-star review. I was sold a vehicle with damage that was not apparent when I bought it. I would not deal with these people again.

Great Crosstrek Deal!

I had my eye on a bare bones crosstrek that was previously a loaner and out for repair. I… expressed my interest, we chatted a bit on that day and I went home expecting to hear from them when the previous loaner would be available. The next day we got a call and got an offer of a brand new crosstrek that was barely more than what I was willing to pay for the used one. It was a great deal and my salesperson, Keith, and all of the office folks were very accommodating to two very tired individuals late in the evening. Purchase took 4+hrs

However, we received misinformation about our original pick up date and then had to reschedule and pick up of my vehicle. We made a special separate over 1hr each way drive to… the dealership to make the second pick up time. The pick up then took over 4 hours to purchase with cash. From online: It typically takes 4 to 6 hours to buy a new car 1. Research: 60-120 minutes 2. Prepare your finances: 60-120 minutes 3. Chose a dealership: 30-60 minutes 4. Test drive: 15-30 minutes 5. Pricing and negotiation: 30 minutes 6. Sign the paperwork: 60 minutes 7. Taking delivery of your new car: 30 minutes Steps 1-5 had been completed during the first visit. For my second scheduled pick up, I expected to spent 1-2hrs to take ownership of the vehicle. I had nothing to finance. I didn't add any packages. Trade in was cleaned out ready to go. Paperwork once the process began took less than 30 minutes. The problem was the three and a half hours we waited to sign the paperwork. This made our pick up last almost 4.5hrs. I had a young child with me and they missed their class as a result. I let the staff know when I arrived that my child had class in 4hrs. The staff was nice and let us pick some free Subaru swag for the delay. My child loved the swag but was "so bored". Still not sure why it took so long. If we had know, could have gone elsewhere to spend the 4 hrs and taken my child to class and come back when they were less busy. Instead they kept us waiting, saying it would be "just a few more minutes". The vehicle is great 5 stars, the pick up process was extremely tedious -3 stars.Hi Jaime, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. by MattM54 on 02/02/2023I purchased a 2014 Tesla model S P85. I really like the car and my sales person was very nice but not knowledgeable about the car. I asked several times about extended warranties. With the finance person I asked again. He said there are no… extended warranties for Tesla's. But they have a 90 day warranty on "every car" they sell. He showed me the paperwork and had me sign it. When I got home, I read the fine print on the bottom and found that many cars are not included in their "every car they sell" warranty, including all Tesla's. We have emailed them about this and have not received any reply. In addition they did not have the car fully charged when I came to pick it up and drive it home over 200 miles. They also did not know how to get it out of Valet mode and they said they contacted Tesla about it. When I called Tesla 3 days later they had not received any calls and I had to do the process myself. For these reasons I cannot recommend them.Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. My sales person "Colin" and the finance person said all the cars they sell have a 3 month warranty. After reading the fine print many cars are not covered including all Tesla's. I would not have purchased the $40,000.00 Tesla without some type of warranty. I asked several times about purchasing a warranty during the sales process. The car has a noise in the front end that needs to be looked at. When I called, Colin said it should not be a problem. He said his director would call me. He has not called me. The front desk will not give me to anyone in management and Colin has completely Ghosted me. Buyer beware, these guys are not honest.
