onI received a letter about the infosystem in my 2020 outback. They seem to be having some issue on certain models and years. Mine was having some issues so I called to set an appointment and they got me in the next week. The staff was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. They updated the software and it seems to have done the trick. I will definitely go back.
