I purchased a 2014 Tesla model S P85. I really like the car and my sales person was very nice but not knowledgeable about the car. I asked several times about extended warranties. With the finance person I asked again. He said there are no extended warranties for Tesla's. But they have a 90 day warranty on "every car" they sell. He showed me the paperwork and had me sign it. When I got home, I read the fine print on the bottom and found that many cars are not included in their "every car they sell" warranty, including all Tesla's. We have emailed them about this and have not received any reply. In addition they did not have the car fully charged when I came to pick it up and drive it home over 200 miles. They also did not know how to get it out of Valet mode and they said they contacted Tesla about it. When I called Tesla 3 days later they had not received any calls and I had to do the process myself. For these reasons I cannot recommend them.

My sales person "Colin" and the finance person said all the cars they sell have a 3 month warranty. After reading the fine print many cars are not covered including all Tesla's. I would not have purchased the $40,000.00 Tesla without some type of warranty. I asked several times about purchasing a warranty during the sales process. The car has a noise in the front end that needs to be looked at. When I called, Colin said it should not be a problem. He said his director would call me. He has not called me. The front desk will not give me to anyone in management and Colin has completely Ghosted me. Buyer beware, these guys are not honest.
