    I normally have a lot of anxiety about bringing a vehicle to the dealership service department. As a female, I have had really bad experiences with unscrupulous service managers trying to have work done that was unnecessary to increase my cost. Autonation Honda Renton is NOT that dealership. Each visit is easy and clear. The service managers are helpful and honest. My last visit (this week) was exemplary. I changed my appointment online but when I got to the dealership, the appointment could not be found. Service representative, Matthew Lopez, looked at the schedule and was able to get me in right then. He was very clear in what needed to happen, detailing the cost so there were no surprises, and offered options where they were available. I was able to wait in the spacious and clean waiting room while the service was done. He checked in on me periodically to let me know what the status was. I am so happy that I can rely on this dealership to help me maintain my vehicle, safely and in a way that I can plan for the financial aspects. I have a huge thank you for Matthew since I never did find the email for the appointment change and yet he helped me with smile and a helpful heart.

    I always come to Honda Auto Nation for services and they never disappoint me, the front desk and technicians are awesome and most importantly scheduling an appointment is easier than other places.

    Overall very good experience. We arrived at the dealership around 6:30 PM. Our total time at the dealership was around 3.5 hours. The entire staff was very gracious to us even though they were there after hours.

    Just as the temperatures in the Pacific Northwest began to soar, my air conditioning went out. I took my car to Auto Nation, Honda of Renton, and I left with my air conditioner working. My Service Advisor, Bill Ackerman, was kind, respectful and explained and showed me, what was needed and what was done to repair my AC. Bill has taken good care of my Honda Civic for 6 years, I appreciate that he always welcomes me with a smile. knowledge & kindness.

    Mattew, my service manager provided excellent customer service. He did an excellent job of helping me to determine what service was needed at 50K miles (less than I had expected) and explained all the costs to me before the service was done and reviewed everything that was done after service was completed.

    Unfortunately I think I was sold service I did not need. I was told that my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed even though I told the service person that I had just had my brakes done at a very trustworthy place and I couldn't believe that they hadn't changed the brake fluid at that time. They insisted that the brake fluid needed to be changed so I let them do it. When I got home I checked my paperwork from the company that had worked on my brakes and it confirmed that they had changed the brake fluid (it was in March 2023). The company name where I had my brakes fixed is Les Schwab and you can confirm that they are indeed very well thought of. Please check with your service department in Renton to see if possibly they had made an error.....

    Bought a 2023 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. Had a great experience from Sales to financing. Everyone was nice and did their best to give me a great deal. Much better than my experience at Kirkland Honda. This is my second car purchase at AutoNation Honda.

    The service department at this Honda dealer is in the business of not getting business...here's why: I schedule an appointment a week ago to bring my car for service at 7am. Showed up on time and it turns out I selected the wrong type of appointment. The advisor "Jeff" educate me about the fact that since I just needed a change of oil and filter I needed to select service type A instead and proceed to explain that if I were to leave my car for service today the express team was booked and it will fall in the waiting time of the original appointment I made which could be anything between 4 to 6 hrs. While I appreciate him educating me about how to select the correct appointment you would think he would provide a solution that would make sense but the only one feasible was to book the correct appointment for another day as if I would leave the car for service it would take them 6hrs to service it for a CHANGE OF OIL AND FILTER. Well I ask for my keys back and went about my day. Now thinking about it I wonder...why it would take 4 to 6 hrs to change the oil and filter if that's something that can be done faster but again this is one of those things in which the process gets in the middle of the customer experience. Way to go Honda of Bellevue, this is how you keep your customers happy. I would not recommend this place and will encourage everyone that will make an appointment at this location to call and ask what type of appointment you will need to select so you can save yourself time and energy n the nonsense. PS: Went to Autonation Honda and since it was 7:30am still and a Wednesday they were able to take my car for the express service and it will be ready in an hr. Honda Bellevue you should re-think about how to handle this type of situations better, cause let's be reasonable...why let a customer walkaway for a change of oil and filter due to miss understanding your appointment system? Knowing this customer did it in advance and showed up on time. [HTML removed]

    Brought in my CRV for service and check up; had a great time checking in and out. Service Department did finish the car before promised time which was an added bonus. The area has a coffee zone with some tables allowed me to work while waiting for the car.
