Bought Honda crv ex 2024

Honda always takes care of me and my car. From the beginning, they always know just… what I need done and I believe that’s why my car runs as smooth as it does. Factory Replacement of passenger side Airbag
by Kathryn on 08/04/2023AutoNation damage my dashboard because they use a metal crowbar to pry open the airbag compartment to replaced the recalled airbag. Took it in on Feb 20, 202 and finally got it looked at July 19, 2023. Their specialist shined it, but there… is still a gouge teeth mark on my dashboard. “ said that’s all they can do.” BEWARE! When you take your car in to get it fix, make sure to look for damages and documents and take picture of everything. by MrTChinn on 08/03/2023After a disappointing experience trying to make a deal for this car at a competitor dealer, I went and tried Renton Honda. Srey was the first online point of contact. When I went down to the dealer, Srey was off so Ty helped me. I… explained to her the negative experience at the "other" dealer. I had a trade in and valued it at the upper end of KBB and the price I wanted to pay for the new car. I said if she can make the numbers work, we have a deal. A Mgr appraised my trade and to my surprise, they raised the value higher than I expected and met me on the price of the new car. We made the deal that was pleasantly easy. I was advised that the car was In Transit and eta was about 3 weeks. To my surprise, the car arrived in 4 days. The Finance process was very easy with Omar. All in all Renton Honda did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and valued. Great Experience
by Alex on 07/27/2023Worked with Jeff Burley in the internet department and got a great deal on a 2024 Honda CRV. Very transparent with all pricing, and no bogus dealer add ons and markups that other dealers pre-install. Closest out the door cost at other Honda… dealerships I worked with was at least $1k-$3k more expensive. Jeff was very responsive over email and text. Took a bit longer than desired waiting for and going through finance, but Art (the finance guy) was very friendly and clearly laid out my options. When I said I'd like to research more he did not pressure at all and moved on with the sale. Old School
by xtra hustle on 07/14/2023Salesman experience good with little pressure on a car in stock. However, had to wait two hours for the bookkeeper to process the paper work. Traded with no liens and no financing on a pure cash deal and still sit through the spiel of… extras and 19 pages of signed documents with an unpleasant and unhappy employee who complained about other employees. Almost walked away from the deal. I was promised copies of all paperwork by e mail but it was not done until I complained . The bookkeeper never responded and did not perform. It took a supervisor. The Salesman was good and apologetic but had no power over the bookkeeper.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. by jps on 07/06/2023I typically like to point out the positive but unfortunately I cant this time. identifying available vehicles was fine. beyond that, communication was very poor across the board......particularly with financing and signing. I've made… many turn key vehicle purchases for my company over the years and this was far from that. confusion at signing, waited a 1/2 hr for paperwork to be prepared when I told it was ready to go ahead of time, incorrect information presented on licensing / paperwork after clear communication requesting specific title information. In the end, we were given, and still have, an incorrect temporary VIN number that was issued and yet to be resolved. Have not heard back after 2 requests from them to correct the situation. seemingly very unorganized. Lost my business.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. He was very friendly and helpful. The paperwork got done quickly and I didn't have… to wait long until my car was all done. He walked me through and explained all the recommended services that I need after they completed the multi-inspection around my car. Justine sent me a text link where I could easily look at pictures and video of the inspection and see why I need those services for next time. At the end, I even got a free car wash coupon.
