Factory Replacement of passenger side Airbag

onAutoNation damage my dashboard because they use a metal crowbar to pry open the airbag compartment to replaced the recalled airbag. Took it in on Feb 20, 202 and finally got it looked at July 19, 2023. Their specialist shined it, but there is still a gouge teeth mark on my dashboard. “ said that’s all they can do.” BEWARE! When you take your car in to get it fix, make sure to look for damages and documents and take picture of everything. I have an old Honda Civic, but it does not give them the right to damage my car and tried to brush it off.
