After a disappointing experience trying to make a deal for this car at a competitor dealer, I went and tried Renton Honda. Srey was the first online point of contact. When I went down to the dealer, Srey was off so Ty helped me. I explained to her the negative experience at the "other" dealer. I had a trade in and valued it at the upper end of KBB and the price I wanted to pay for the new car. I said if she can make the numbers work, we have a deal. A Mgr appraised my trade and to my surprise, they raised the value higher than I expected and met me on the price of the new car. We made the deal that was pleasantly easy. I was advised that the car was In Transit and eta was about 3 weeks. To my surprise, the car arrived in 4 days. The Finance process was very easy with Omar. All in all Renton Honda did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and valued. Srey and Ty were great to work with.
