When we went to Jess Ford, Tommy Coffee showed us the vehicle we were interested in and he let… both of us drive and showed us everything this 2006 Chevy HHR LS could do! Tommy was great and got us an amazing deal with a Forever Warranty! We loved the car and the service we were given. It was by far the best and quickest time spent when buying a vehicle! Jeff, in the Finance Department, was great too! Thank you all and I would recommend Jess Ford to all my friends and family!Christmas gift

He was able to send me options of trucks to look at and get a better idea of what I was looking for. When I went into the dealership it was a friendly… environment. I was introduced to Wayne and he was to the point which is what I liked and was able to show me trucks n paper that matched what I had asked for and I was able to look at something similar on the lot to what was on paper and ended up buying that one that day!Purchase of 2014 Explorer

I was looking for a F-150 pickup truck and had visited Joe Hall Ford in Lewiston and Tom Addis Ford in Coeur d'Alene looking for one. I figured… the price would be better due to their size and larger inventory. The selection was larger but that didn't translate into a better buying experience. I found one place was pushy and the other didn't seem to take me serious about buying a truck. So, once again, I went to Jess Ford. I purchased a 2014 F-150 XLT and couldn't be any happier with it. It's my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them in the last 13 years and Andrew has been my salesperson for them. He's awesome, Laura and Larry in financing are fantastic and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle.Thank you Jesse Ford

I also have referred my sister to purchase from them even though she lives… in Portland. Jess ford went above and beyond to get her a deal worth the drive.Treated like a friend, not a sale

There was always a level of respect and never did they look to just make a sale. Jess… Ford was just like how I remember growing up. Jess Ford reminded me of the dealership that I remembered as a kid.Walking on the lot we were greeted quickly by Wayne. It felt like meeting up with a friend. It was not about the sale it was about listening to to our wants and goals with finding the right car. There was never an air of high pressure sales. It was refreshing to be treated like we were a friend that he cared to see walk away happy. I would highly recommend Jess Ford. There are no high pressured sales tactics. I felt respected and valued from when we walked on the lot to when we drove off.Pain free, no hassles purchase

by Snbtools on 10/07/2014I've now purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been great to deal with, having knowledgeable and friendly staff. They don't do the full court press like other dealers I have been to. Friendly "small town"… feel even for an out of towners like me. Much better to deal with than the dealers 80 miles North of Pullman where I live.
