My experience started over the phone. Larry was very helpful and informative. He was able to send me options of trucks to look at and get a better idea of what I was looking for. When I went into the dealership it was a friendly environment. I was introduced to Wayne and he was to the point which is what I liked and was able to show me trucks n paper that matched what I had asked for and I was able to look at something similar on the lot to what was on paper and ended up buying that one that day!
