I've now purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been great to deal with, having knowledgeable and friendly staff. They don't do the full court press like other dealers I have been to. Friendly "small town" feel even for an out of towners like me. Much better to deal with than the dealers 80 miles North of Pullman where I live.
