Jess Ford of Pullman

I grew up in a small town in centeral Washington with my dad working for a Ford dealership. I remember the team there treated everyone like an old friend. There was always a level of respect and never did they look to just make a sale. Jess Ford was just like how I remember growing up. Jess Ford reminded me of the dealership that I remembered as a kid.Walking on the lot we were greeted quickly by Wayne. It felt like meeting up with a friend. It was not about the sale it was about listening to to our wants and goals with finding the right car. There was never an air of high pressure sales. It was refreshing to be treated like we were a friend that he cared to see walk away happy. I would highly recommend Jess Ford. There are no high pressured sales tactics. I felt respected and valued from when we walked on the lot to when we drove off.
