(Michael Chism). Harris was able to beat a price we had on an… F-150 at Bickford so we purchased our new truck there.Excellent buying experience!!!!!!!!

This is the second vehicle I have leased/purchased from Harris Ford, and I would highly recommend the dealership and Bret to friends and family. by Fallnangl1039 on 11/07/2015Harris Ford is the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My husband and I live in Spokane and only considered this dealership because their advertised price on a car we liked was so low. Naturally we called them… to work out a deal; it would be silly to go all the way to Seattle only to come home without a car. I'm not even going to get into how many times I called them and left messages only for them to refuse to call me back. Little did we know their word means nothing. When we got over there they had gauged the price up $1500 and refused to honor the price they had quoted us even though we had countless texts and emails from one of their salesmen telling us we could get that price! They told us we could get a much, much worse car for the price we wanted but not the car we had been promised. We ended up going home careless, which we had tried so hard to avoid in the first place. Needless to say, we will never shop outside our area again, and even if we move to the west side someday, NEVER EVER from Harris Ford. They do not value their customers, and they are just generally untrustworthy.Great Job!

Kaila was sensitive to the fact that I was trying to get back to work -- got the whole thing done quickly, saw the truck leaving the car wash so ran… the invoice through personally and got me out just as the truck showed up! The Customer Care was great! Thanks! Way to go service! While I would always vote for a loaner car.... This was almost better!3,000 mile service

by Jadeine on 10/23/2015After my last disastrous experience with Harris Ford, I told myself that I would never return. However, my battery just about died on my commute in to work around 6:30 am. As this was near the exit to Harris Ford, I headed to you not… knowing where else to go at that time of the day. Although I did have to wait about 45 minutes until it was open, the service was very good. However, I found out that I ended up paying nearly $600 for what was a $70 part replacement, so again, service great, but price totally sucked! At least the service was a vast improvement over my last visit.Great service

by Gr8escape1175 on 10/21/2015This visit was one of the best service experiences I've had. Jay Daly was VERY informative as to what the technician would be doing to service my vehicle on the visit. Also explained that I would be contacted should something unexpected be… discovered. Upon completion which was 45 minutes, acceptable to me, he explained that my brakes would most likely need to be replaced on my next visit and also that my tires were nearing their end. I found Jay to be very personable. My only cause for pause was this; The assessment I received by the technician stated that my "washer fluid was low & filled to proper level." That could not be so as I topped the reservoir prior to my visit since I use a premium wash as opposed to the standard wash I'm sure is used by the technician. Seeing that gave me cause to question just exactly what the technician ACTUALLY did. Were my tires actually rotated, can't be sure. I will take extra steps to be able to confirm ALL service stated are actually performed. To that I ask, why does your waiting area (I always wait for my vehicle) not have a view of the service area, allowing patrons to observe how their vehicle is being cared for? RegardsGood job

They knew exactly what the problem with my 2014 Ford Focus, was and fixed it under warranty! They offered tips and advise about the… issue and explained that it was a known issue with that particular mode. The shuttle service they provided to and from my home was an exceptional experience. I will use Harris Ford again and recommend them to friends and family.On time and budget friendly
by disimulado on 10/16/2015So I brought my F-150 in for its first service (free oil change) and asked for floor mats to be put in it as well as look at a rattle in the door. The rattle is not gone but only exists apparently when someone my size is sitting with leg… touching the door (or so we think now). Not sure I got the floor mats I'm looking for. I don't think they will stop mud from getting on the carpet. Will be looking for replacements and bringing them back soon I think. However, the overall experience was quick and easy. Got a courtesy ride to and from work at exactly the time I asked for, even though I was a little late in the morning.Great Service Appointment

When I picked up my car and returned the loaner, Sean saw me signing my… paperwork while he was on a phone call and he immediately came over when he was off the call to let me know how everything went and to thank me for my business. Great guy and exceptional service. P.S.- My car was super clean after the wash and vacuum and I was very appreciative.My Amazing Harris Ford Buying Experience!
