There were no delays, my appointment was on time. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They knew exactly what the problem with my 2014 Ford Focus, was and fixed it under warranty! They offered tips and advise about the issue and explained that it was a known issue with that particular mode. The shuttle service they provided to and from my home was an exceptional experience. I will use Harris Ford again and recommend them to friends and family.
