Harris Ford Lincoln

So I brought my F-150 in for its first service (free oil change) and asked for floor mats to be put in it as well as look at a rattle in the door. The rattle is not gone but only exists apparently when someone my size is sitting with leg touching the door (or so we think now). Not sure I got the floor mats I'm looking for. I don't think they will stop mud from getting on the carpet. Will be looking for replacements and bringing them back soon I think. However, the overall experience was quick and easy. Got a courtesy ride to and from work at exactly the time I asked for, even though I was a little late in the morning.
