by scso5150 on 10/21/2024A 45 minute job turned into 3 hours. Then almost 30 minutes just to get the bill correct. But not after I pointed out the that my car was done and sitting just outside. Who knows how long it was sitting out there and DONE. ? I was told I… needed to replace the rear brakes pads. Never got a call back confirming the price I would have to pay for this job to be completed. Going elsewhere for a second opinion for the brakes and now new tires. I was also told the tires were in need of replacing. Wow, I just brought the car from them less than 400 miles ago AND NOW BOTH THE REAR BRAKES AND ALL TIRES will need replacing !!I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your visit. It sounds like we fell short in communication and efficiency, which is not what we strive for. I understand your concerns about the brakes and tires, especially after such a recent purchase. Leaking head gasket from recently purchased Subaru

While they didn't completely agree with my position, they agreed to fix the head gaskets for half price. It's a compromise, which… is what happens when two people have different ideas but want to resolve a problem. If they didn't care about customer service or didn't care about their reputation then they would not have worked with me. I can't say I am completely happy but after the repairs I am hopeful that we will have a safe and reliable car for years to come. Things happen, these are complicated machines. They seemed to be genuinely concerned and responsive. Perhaps this was an anomaly. However, given the overall situation, the best I can say is that this was a 3 out of 5 for me.I've updated my review as a result of several conversations with the General Manager and Service Director. by DiannaW on 08/04/2016Best sales Ever...non pressure,patient,great follow up and it was not easy doing it with hubby on long shift via text...not once did I feel like I wasn't a big part of deal,never talked down to,very informative and all around sold on Subaru… forever...my Acura TL was been placed on the out list? Lol we love our new Outback it's a perfect fit...Thanks again Mike Puzach..One dealership stands out above the rest. Bud Clary Subaru!!
by powellkwa on 04/27/2016There are many Subaru dealers in the Portland/SW Washington area and with the exception of one dealer ( I went and it was NOT worth it) they all did Subaru proud. They all sell the same cars for the same price. What sets them apart is the… customer service and experience. My two month journey for a new Outback Limited took me to all of them. I kept coming back to Bud Clary Subaru though. Head and shoulders were they over a group of fine dealers. That is how much I enjoyed my experience with Mike and Trish. I do not know who this mythical unicorn called Bud Clary is but Mike Puzach, Patricia Smith and Brad Ramey are as fine a staff as any business could want (not just a car dealership). I made my initial inquiry on the Internet and received a "canned" Subaru website response (pretty much what I expected). What I did not expect was to receive a call from Mike Puzach following up offering to answer any questions that I might have about Subaru in general and Outbacks in particular. Not trying to sell me something, just truly wanting to help me out. I missed his call though. I made the trek up from Vancouver to Longview on Saturday hoping to talk with him in person. He was not in but Patricia Smith was there along with Brad Ramey.They answered all of my questions and showed me a few models and explained the differences between them, not the price difference, just what the features/advantages were. I finally did get to talk to Mike early the following week and explained that I had come up to see him on Saturday but missed him and so got a chance to talk to Brad and Trish. At that point I fully expected to be politely or not so politely told that I was Trish's client now and to address any questions that I had to her. Instead he told me that he remained there for me to help in ANY way that he could. Truer words were never uttered. Throughout the remainder of the month both he and Trish endured my endless questions and what if's. Through their education and leading I ended up purchasing a 2016 Outback Limited with Eyesight. As I said at the beginning, that was a week ago. The grin has not left my face once. Thank you again to Patricia Smith and Mike Puzach for making what could have been a very trying and tense time into a purchase that was a joy in every respect!!Best Car Buying Experience EVER!

Mike worked with me and answered my questions patiently and then made sure the experience was the best it could be for our… daughter's first car purchase. Mike went through the entire car functionality and treated her like she was a valued customer. We drove 45 minutes to get to this dealership and would definitely do it again!Exceptional Customer Service

Upon day one of shopping for my 2016 CrossTrek Limited with Bud Clary employees, I didn't feel pressured or violated like most Car Dealerships make you feel. (Like David… from Lithia) Kristen handled my purchase with honesty and ease. I didn't experience any gimmicks or false promises, she went above and beyond any of my expectations regarding what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I worked closely with Kristen, and I will be a customer for life because of her dedication to find the right car for me, (I'm told Brad did some work as well so I will give him a shout out) She truly did everything she could to make my buying experience pleasurable, I am grateful I gave Bud Clary a chance. Take the drive to Longview for your purchase, it will be well worth your time to experience these professionals!Great experience

I worked with Mike and he was happy to answer any questions I had and I ended up getting a better car at a better price than I originally thought I would… get. I had a lot of follow up questions and Mike was always happy to answer them for me. I'd not hesitate to recommend both the dealership and Mike.Wonderful Longview Subaru Dealer
