    It would be nice to have a water dispenser in the waiting room. It's a brilliant idea to have a glass wall, so everyone can see his/her car being repaired.

    I came to buy a 2016 Ford Escape that I had seen on the fordofkirkland.com website. I initially communicated by email. However, for some reason, the initial email that Ford of Kirkland sent me never made it to my inbox. A follow-up email was sent though and we were able to connect from there. By the time I came to the dealership, the staff had the vehicle ready for the test drive. The staff was friendly and answered all questions that I had. As for the deal itself, it was fair. I knew that I wouldn't qualify for every discount/rebate, but the deal came out fine in the end. As for the vehicle itself, it has been fine so far. It is a nice ride and everything works as it should.

    I bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis and the service was great. I really liked the car and John Brooke was really nice and friendly. He even called after I test drove the car to let me know that someone else was test driving it and let me know that it may not be there for long! Brian in finance was amazingly helpful, even giving me tips for the future on refinancing and my credit score. He made the process less painful and it was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! John said that the service department was closed on Saturday when I was there, but said that he would get me the service records of what they did to the car. I haven't heard back from him yet, and now its been almost a week. I think had that not been delayed, I would have rated my experience a 5 for sure. I'm big on customer service and follow through.

    I have a 2010 Ford Escape which I bought used a couple of years ago. I have exclusively had Ford of Kirkland do all the service on this vehicle. Previously I had a 2007 F-150 which I purchased at Ford of Kirkland. Because I live near Mill Creek, I used the Lynnwood Ford dealer and had less than satisfactory results. After I decided to go the extra distance to Ford of Kirkland, I have had a much more satisfactory (excellent) results and will recommend your company to everyone I know.

    I needed a 99 thousand mile service and I needed new tires. I told Dean that I wanted very specific tires and had him check to make sure he had them. When I picked up my car after the service it had the exact tires I requested...but also my husband noticed the order had: "Customer asked to please have the... tires installed." Dean took the time to put a note to make sure I got what I wanted. THAT is why Ford of Kirkland gets my business.

    The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, excellent customer service. They were upfront and honest about the timing of the maintenance, but it ended up being finished a lot quicker than estimated. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thanks!!

    I have a 2001 F-150 Lariat Supercrew I purchased new from FOK in September 2001 ... has 195,000 miles on it now. Only ever serviced by FOK. Love the truck. Also, have an 2011 Raptor purchased last year with 30K miles from Issaquah Ford. FOK does all the servicing on it for me too. I am a long time, very loyal, customer of FOK.

    Contacted them Wed about a car I was interested in. Cash transaction, no financing or trade-in to negotiate value. All I needed was final cost including tax, registration, title/license fees, etc so I would know how much to make the check out for. After multiple times talking to them and being told "we will get back to you with that information" they still couldn't or wouldn't provide the final total price. They lost a cash sale, took my business elsewhere. Business must be good when you can be that indifferent to a potential cash customer.

    We had a good and easy experience due to knowing in advance of the selected specific model discount and bonus cash listed out on the newspaper ad. Catherine lee, the internet manager was very personable, helpful, fun and easy to work with ! No pressure and very patient with our indecisive ways....

    This was by far the best car purchase experience I ever have experienced. I had the pleasure of working with Dan L. and from the initial email from Dan to meeting him at the store, the test drive to buying the car. The level of customer service from Dan and from John (the finance guy) was truly amazing. We are looking forward to working with Dan again soon for my boyfriends car.
