Went on Chat to discuss possible inventory. then moved conversation over to e-mail. Set a date and time to come to the dealership to look at vehicles that fit our needs. From the time of arrival to the dealership to the time financing was finished and we drove off of the lot with our certified used vehicle, it was only 3 hours and 15 min. Most of that time was trying to make a decision on what would be the best option to fit our needs and test driving vehicles. Stephen with Internet Sales was AWESOME!!
