Pay attention to service reviews!!
by Wayne R on 02/01/2025Strongly suggest you consider the service department reviews; they're well deserved. Brought our newly leased Explorer in bc the lift gate motor failed. Took over a week to be seen by a tech, who in the most condescending tone possible,… informed me that "techs aren't standing around waiting for my car to come in". Even in a world where reservations were no indication of an actual service appointment at least give me a loaner car. IT GETS BETTER. I called the sales dept to voice my dissatisfaction and was told "if I can get you into the newer redesigned model with no money down and likely a slightly higher monthly payment would you take it" I wasn't shopping yet but seemed like a win-win so I accepted it. Few hours later I got a call offering me a newer model 7k down 900 monthly. I turned that down but called back and finally got the sales manager to get me a loaner. Just picked it up today and it's a base model Hyundai Elantra. Far cry from my Explorer ST. They MUST NOT WANT MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!Hyundia of Kirkland
by Cattleroper on 09/22/2023My Service Advisor was Keith Fernando who assisted me with the service for my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. He greeted me when I arrived and we went over all of the service items that my vehicle required. He was very pleasant and cheerful and… answered all of my questions with complete knowledge of my vehicle. He gave me an approximate time for completion of work and called me right on time when it was completed. He welcomed me back and again we went over all of the items that were completed, following my request of items to be done. The vehicle was returned clean and in excellent working order. Working with Keith was like being taken care of by a concierge at a downtown hotel. What a guy! I will always be coming back to get my Santa Fe serviced requesting Keith as my Service Advisor.Ron Ridenour
by Ron Ridenour on 08/09/2023Dealerships, Parts and Service will always come and go. But, what sets all these apart from each other is their people. And I believe they deserve more credit than they're getting. I'm very picky when it comes to service. Bought my truck at… Sound Ford and their service was not to my liking. Not knowing the TEAM at Ford of Kirkland I hesitated in going but gave it a shot. Best choice I ever made. Professional, Accommodating, Informative. It was as if they took my truck and made it their own. And they treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. Of course I did break the ice and brought the crew donuts...lol. Thanks TEAM for everything...RonFord of Kirkland Service

by Customer on 06/08/2023Everyone was very friendly and acknowledged my presence quickly. The service person was very friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything and offered great advice. The manager was also extremely helpful.Service with a smile.
by marisue on 05/08/2023I have been going to Ford of Kirkland since I bought my F250 in 2006. Today was an oil and filter change and it took a little longer than expected since they were very busy in the morning. The service was great as it has been over the… years. Very satisfied. All Around a Great Place w/ Great People
by Evacgtz on 04/07/2023Getting my car there was easier than I thought and it was all thanks to the team there. Now that I get it serviced there, I love that I don’t have to stress out about an appointment and it’s simply because Kenny is there and is so nice and… doesn’t treat you like an annoying person that walked in. He is friendly and knowledgeable and I love that I don’t walk out of there feeling stupid.Poor service.
by Anthonyc on 03/08/2023Purchased my 2021 Explorer at the end of 2021. In 2022 my passenger front window switch stopped working. I made an appointment to have the oil changed and forgot to add the window switch problem. When I came in to drop it off at night drop… I wrote on the envelope that I needed to window switch looked at. Needles to say they didn’t t do anything with it just did the oil change and that’s it. Fast forward to beginning of this year and switch still doesn’t work. 1/2/23 I made an online appointment for service, oils change, window switch and now there is a recall for a bolt in the rear axel. I put all three items on the service request and made the date for 3/02/23. Eight weeks ahead of the appointment. Should have been plenty of time for them to schedule and be ready to do the work. well apparently they don’t look at these service requests. So I arrived on 3/01/23 to drop the car off and made sure to mention the other two items I needed done and the women who was at the counter rudely said “you are schedule for a Express oil service and that’s the only thing my team can do” I said no I scheduled a service appointment and listed all three things on the request. She kept saying the same thing over and over to me. A guy next her heard what was being said and mentioned that we can ask the other service team to look into it. I thanked him and left. the next day I got a call from Mark in service he left a message that my car is done but only the oil change could be done the service team was too busy. I called back and after letting it ring for minutes a person in accounting picked up and asked what I needed then put me on hold for quite sometime then it went to voice mail. I left a message to mark that I had made this appointment two months ahead of time and they had plenty of time to get this scheduled with service. This is not acceptable and if my car is not done right I will let Ford motor company know about this. He never returned my call. I waited till Saturday 3/04/23 to pick the car up. And of course they didn’t do the window switch more the recall on the axel bolt. So here I go now I will let everyone know about how they treat their customers. I will go back to Way Scarff Ford in Auburn because they do the complete opposite of Ford of Kirkland. When I make an online service request someone calls me the next day to confirm and verify what I need done and reconfirms the appointment date. I have never had a problem at Auburn Ford. Now to let Ford Motor company know how this dealership treats its customers. Worst service I have ever had.2014 Focus Transmission Repairs again
by Focus Owner on 03/08/2023Dealership accepted vehicle for unplanned service. Marc, the service representative was friendly and professional. Approved options were completed in a reasonable time frame. Repairs were costly and like most vehicle services now they… are always selling additional repairs that maybe not needed at the time.Service
by Anonymous on 03/02/2023Hyundai Kirkland has been servicing my palisade since I bought it from the dealership in 2020. They work with me when scheduling, are always friendly and helpful. I only have good things to say. If you need your hyundai serviced, give them… a call!Dean Doesn’t Help
by Chris on 05/23/2022Incredibly disappointed with this dealership. If you want five star service, go somewhere else. The car buying part is easy - you want to buy it and they want to sell it. I’ve never had that problem with this dealership. However any time I… work with the service center I seem to have an issue. Last Friday I took my brand new Ford Bronco in because the soft top was having issues. I made an appointment ahead of time and let the scheduler know exactly what was going on. I went in, met with Dean, and explained it all again. He briefly looked at the car, asked me where I bought it (Bellingham Ford) which is completely irrelevant because any Ford dealership, including Ford of Kirkland, will tell you to take your Ford to any Ford dealership if you have a problem. Dean however told me there wasn’t enough miles on the car to be covered by warranty which despite sounding completely backwards is what he was sticking to. He even suggested taking a road trip and putting about 2K miles on it so he could submit a claim to Ford more likely to go through. He explained that if I said it didn’t come broken, which it did, then they could fix it under warranty and Ford wouldn’t question it. I then said I had read online about that exact trick and dealerships were claiming it to be user error so they wouldn’t have to pay for it. Dean then said “stop reading stuff on the internet.” His arrogant rambling continuously brought him back to the phrase “I’m not getting stuck with a $2,500 bill. You’ll have to take this back to Bellingham.” So, despite having purchased three cars from this specific dealership over the years I was told to hit the bricks. I drove up to Bellingham Ford and someone came out and looked at my soft top for two seconds, snapped a part back into place and told me I was good to go. Sure enough, the roof was functioning perfectly again. When I asked how I could pay my $2,500 tab they looked at me confused, told me it was free of charge and would have been covered by the warranty anyway. They then apologized profusely on Ford of Kirklands behalf when I told them what had happened. I shouldn’t have to take three hours out of my only day off because a dealership is being petty about me finding a car somewhere else (Ford of Kirkland is marking their Broncos up $30K by the way) but they refused to help me, or even have an educated individual look and see if it was something simple so my one day off was ruined because Dean didn’t want to get stuck with what he incorrectly presumed would be a fat bill. I called to speak with Dean after and got the run around. I told the person I was speaking with that I would be leaving negative reviews so people would be aware of their poor service and they then asked if a couple hundred dollars would prevent me from doing so. Just make sure you consider bribery in their dealership ratings before dealing with this dishonest group of misers. I wonder what their rating actually would be if they weren’t willing to pay people to not post honest reviews. You can buy a car for a good price from pretty much any dealership. If you want that and good service, go somewhere else.A nice personal feel
by ElTee210 on 09/03/2021I arrived at the dealership a few minutes early. Steve was waiting for me (service department team leader), greeted me by name and said the car would be ready in less than one hour and right he was! He came to find me, brought the paperwork… for me to sign and I was in and out. The work performed was done correctly and I also received a "report card" on the status of my car. It was nice to see what had been checked and the status of those areas checked. All in all, I felt like I was a friend who came to visit and I was treated like a family member. I would not hesitate to recommend Kirkland Ford for their service department based on the treatment I have received. A+!Airbag Recall

New Engine for my 2018 Turbo I3 Focus
by glasshouse on 05/02/2019updated 05/09/2019Ford of Kirkland has been busy...which is good news! I had to wait 10 days to have them evaluate the oil leak in my Focus, which had all of 2500 miles on it. Turns out a blown head gasket 86'ed the engine. Ford of Kirkland was professional… and quick. I think the car was out of my hands for a total of 8 or 9 days which is completely acceptable given the job. What I was surprised at was they returned the car to me unwashed and low on fuel. I get that it is a warranty repair on a lower-end model but at the very least it would have been great to get in a clean car with at least a 1/4 tank of gas. So although the repair process was great, I left thinking "how much care are they really putting into the job?"Oil change
by Truckmom on 03/25/2019The oil change was completed. I was told it would take 60-90 mins. My apt was @9:30, I arrived at 9:10. My truck was not finished till after 2pm. This is not the first time that this dealership has taken much longer than expected. Trash was… left inside my truck as well. They’ve checked on the list that they filled my washer fluid, for example, but it was bone dry. I use Ford for my oil changes bc I prepaid for this service when I bought the truck. Ford of Kirkland service department continues to be a disappointment.Service
