Dealership Service Review
Strongly suggest you consider the service department reviews; they're well deserved. Brought our newly leased Explorer in bc the lift gate motor failed. Took over a week to be seen by a tech, who in the most condescending tone possible, informed me that "techs aren't standing around waiting for my car to come in". Even in a world where reservations were no indication of an actual service appointment at least give me a loaner car. IT GETS BETTER. I called the sales dept to voice my dissatisfaction and was told "if I can get you into the newer redesigned model with no money down and likely a slightly higher monthly payment would you take it" I wasn't shopping yet but seemed like a win-win so I accepted it. Few hours later I got a call offering me a newer model 7k down 900 monthly. I turned that down but called back and finally got the sales manager to get me a loaner. Just picked it up today and it's a base model Hyundai Elantra. Far cry from my Explorer ST. They MUST NOT WANT MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!
