Highly Recommend East Side Subaru Service Center!

During each visit, the service associate took the time to explain what was normal versus what needed attention.… They helped me prioritize the most important repairs and clearly outlined the costs and time estimates for the work. I was provided a complimentary loaner car, which made the process even more convenient. They kept me updated on my vehicle’s status throughout the service, and their communication was prompt and clear. What stood out most was how hassle-free the entire experience was. The staff were incredibly patient and professional, addressing all my concerns without making me feel rushed. I was very happy with the service and left feeling confident in their work. My long day finished really really well !
by Tom on 12/08/2024My entire Crosstrek buying experience went smoothly (no "bumps in the road!") and was great! My salesperson, Lexi, got me the exact car I had envisioned in my head, and Eastside accepted the offer I made. (I had been driving a 2003 Matrix… AWD for the last two decades, and it was a great car) The Crosstrek I got is so much more "solid" meaning it drives much more quietly, has a bit more acceleration when I need it. It gets better gas mileage than my Matrix, and has amazing safety features like blindspot detection, and steering responsive headlights. The day I bought my Crosstrek started for me at 5am (ugh!) and I had been going going going all day, and had been just apprehensive the entire day-investing in a new car is a BIG DEAL, and I was a little worried I wasn't going to make my 530pm appointment. But everything turned out great. Working with Lexi was very pleasant. And I am really enjoying my new Crosstrek Premium! Leo kept me aware of the progress of the work while I enjoyed a comfortable waiting room supplied with hot beverages and a variety of savory and sweet snacks. The wait was shorter than… expected. Relaxed Dealer Experience

I knew the exact car I wanted from inventory stock and drove it home within about two hours. They helped me understand the optional add-ons and… warranties and did not push back on anything I did not take. Before and after the purchase, they helped me understand the features and said they will follow up in a couple of weeks. awesome team and experience
by David K on 11/13/2024I had first contact with Ben when he responded to an internet inquiry. Later the same day, I stopped in without prior arrangement. He was casual, calm and truly pleasant to meet and have a conversation. I had selected a vehicle to consider… buying. Of course, we compared a multitude of numbers. I left without a commitment to complete a transaction. The following day, we (spouse and I) arranged for a view and test drive. The plethora of features and technology characteristics were thoroughly explained. Not once during the hours over two (2) days, was there any pressure to hurry to a decision (to purchase or not) in order to get us to a table or out the door. Ultimately, we settled on a fair and reasonable price. The sales paperwork short and accurate. (Some had been completed on-line which streamlined the process.) Jose in finance was extremely nice and professional as we plowed through the tremendous volume of financial and legal documentation. Never before have I experienced an automobile purchase such as this. The entire time invested was relaxed and without a breath of pressure. Good inventory and options
by Clay on 10/21/2024I emailed a few days prior to set up an appointment. The salesman came in on his day off because that was the only time that worked for me. He had the car that I mentioned outside and ready to go when I got there. The test drive went very… well and even though they rode in the vehicle with me they weren’t constantly inserting their opinion or trying to distract me. Once we agreed to Price things slow down a little bit. After I submitted my financing application it took almost 2 hours before we could walk out the door with the new vehicle. Maybe this is typical for the area and car buying in the state. This is the first time I’ve bought a car in Washington. Overall it was a very good experience. The salesman wasn’t pushy about adding on extra things, when I said no he left it alone. I really appreciated that, that’s not something you get very often.Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Eastside Subaru!
